Ready to Be Real, Feel & Heal

Hello everyone,

I hope all of you are well and enjoying your weekend.  My thoughts go out to each of you, and I am always thankful that you visit my blogsite.  My hope is that you experience and enjoy life in happy, healthy and hilarious ways!

It is Sunday morning.  I ruminate.  I cogitate.  I meditate.  I contemplate about life.  Love.  Relationships.  Family.  Career.  Health.  The future.  How many of us are struggling?  Do we lack peace—inner and outer?  How many of us are going through life on a half-full tank?  Are we experiencing deep, fulfilling and lasting joy?  Do the uncertainties of the future and the vicissitudes of life cause us stress?  What worries, anxieties and insecurities plague us?  Do we have a healthy self-image?  Are we content with our physical health and fitness?  How do we treat ourselves and others?  What does our future look like?  Are we lonely?  Do we have meaningful relationships and friendships?  Are we unemployed and have financial hardship?  Do we even care about all these issues?

As you can see, I ruminate a lot.  Self-introspection comes easy to me.  Pondering about life and the intricacies of/in our life can be productive if doing so propels us to make changes and choices that enhance our overall health.  Conversely, it can cause us to spiral downwards into a pit of hopelessness, depression and/or self-loathing.  I pray we all strive to be the best we can be.  I pray we do not take things for granted, including life, family, friends, work, health, possessions, etc.  Life offers us many opportunities to improve our situation and status quo, even if we may not have much hope, passion or optimism.

Let’s take some time to think about who we are and about our life.  Let’s invest some time and energy into improving our quality of life, our relationships, our health, and so forth.  Let’s mourn the unfortunate or traumatic things that have happened to us and grow from those experiences.  Let’s grow out of our anger and bitterness and embrace love and an abundant life.  Let’s choose to forgive those who have wronged us and start healing.  Let’s start healing by helping others.  Let’s live outside of ourselves and embody a sincere concern and compassion for others.  Let’s release the chains that bind and enslave us and cherish the truly important and meaningful things in life.  All these are encouragements I respectfully submit and suggest to you so that you can start living life to the fullest!

As an imperfect being and a work in progress, I have started on this healing journey, and I am completely in a better place.  I shudder to think where I would be had I not chosen to heal.  I wish the best for you.  Life passes us by so quickly.  There is no better time than the present.  It is never too late to start making good choices and changes that increase joy, peace, love, meaning and purpose in our life.  If I can help, please let me know.  I am cheering you on!  Let’s start laughing, learning, living, loving out loud!

I appreciate you and your precious time and attention.

All the best to you!
